Job Description:
Ensures the proper dispatching of food in line with established procedures and standard portioning guidelines, while maintaining consistent food quality. Handles inventory monitoring and stock issuance, including ordering supplies based on required stock levels set by the Kitchen Supervisor. Inspects and verifies all delivered items to ensure they meet the required specifications and that quantities match the order. Adheres to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in the receiving and storage of goods.
Can be assigned in Bar station, Pantry station, Frying station, and expediter.
Qualifications:
- At least K-12 graduate, or high school graduate with vocational certificate
- With 1 year work experience in similar capacity in food service or hospitality industry preferably from restaurants and hotels
- Know the food safety and basic cooking techniques
