About the role

Polystar General Services Inc. is seeking a skilled and experienced mason to join our growing team in Taguig City, Metro Manila. As a full-time mason, you will be responsible for constructing and repairing various masonry structures, ensuring high-quality workmanship and attention to detail.

What you'll be doing

  1. Laying bricks, blocks, and other masonry materials to construct walls, foundations, and other structures
  2. Repairing and maintaining existing masonry structures
  3. Reading and interpreting blueprints, plans, and specifications to ensure accurate construction
  4. Measuring, cutting, and shaping masonry materials to fit project requirements
  5. Assisting with the installation of windows, doors, and other masonry-related components
  6. Collaborating with other tradespeople, such as carpenters and electricians, to ensure efficient project completion
  7. Maintaining a clean and safe work environment by following all relevant health and safety regulations

What we're looking for

  1. Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, plans, and specifications
  2. Skilled in the use of masonry tools and equipment, such as trowels, levels, and mortar mixers
  3. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow instructions
  4. Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
  5. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
