Knockdown Group, our bar and restaurant, Roof Manila, is on the lookout for a full-time Bartender

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences.
  • Ensure bar area is clean, organized, and fully stocked.
  • Maintain knowledge of current drink trends, recipes, and bar operations.
  • Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with guests.
  • Collaborate with floor and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of bartending experience in a bar or restaurant.
  • Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, beer, and wine.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure.
