Job Title: Full-Time Long-Form Video Editor

We're on the lookout for a skilled Full Time Long-Form Video Editor to join our creative team at MarketU. You'll be responsible for editing a wide variety of content—YouTube talking head videos, product reviews, vlogs, fitness/workout videos, landing page content, and more. This is a full-time role for someone who knows how to tell a compelling story, has a keen eye for clean edits, and understands how to keep viewers engaged through long-form formats.

Qualifications
-Proven experience editing long-form videos (portfolio required)
-Skilled in DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro
-Experience with editing premium content like YouTube videos, vlogs, product reviews, and landing page content
-Strong attention to detail, pacing, transitions, color grading, and audio syncing/mixing
-A strong grasp of storytelling and viewer engagement techniques
-Comfortable juggling multiple projects and working under deadlines
-Excellent communication and time management skills
-Strong command of the English language
-Full-time availability (9 hours per day including a 1-hour lunch, Monday–Friday, PST)

Responsibilities
-Edit and deliver long-form video content across various formats and platforms
-Add transitions, graphics, subtitles, text overlays, music, and visual effects to elevate the final product
-Collaborate closely with our creative team to align each video with the client's brand and vision
-Stay up to date with long-form content trends on YouTube and other platforms
-Suggest creative improvements and bring fresh ideas to the editing process
-Organize footage, edits, and revisions efficiently
-Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams, incorporating feedback and revisions
