We are seeking a seasoned, hands-on Experienced Senior Backend Software Developer to join our Software Delivery team.

This role focuses on leading significant application development processes and contributing to architectural enhancements. The ideal candidate will actively participate in the full software development lifecycle, ensuring robust, efficient, and scalable applications. Key Responsibilities:Back-End Development:Lead and contribute to developing robust and high-performance backend solutions using Spring Boot for API services.

Dedicate 90% of time to hands-on development and 10% to mentoring a small team of developers. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, ensuring APIs remain reliable as the architecture's central point. System Architecture and Innovation:Design, implement, and maintain scalable and efficient API architectures for the Orchestra platform.

Stay curious and explore new frameworks or technologies to improve performance and capabilities. Actively contribute to the transition from Docker containers to Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), leveraging container orchestration expertise. Agile Collaboration:Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning with the Orchestra Software Product team, aligning backend development with product goals.

Collaborate across teams to seamlessly integrate APIs with front-end, database, and cloud systems. SDLC and Tooling:Utilize Azure DevOps for software lifecycle management, including ticketing, repositories, CI/CD pipelines, and deployments. Support Agile methodologies, ensuring iterative and collaborative development practices.

Cloud Integration and Deployment:Leverage Azure Cloud services to optimize backend performance and scalability. Design APIs and services with cloud-native principles for Azure-hosted environments. Passion and Industry Insight:Demonstrate a genuine passion for backend development and problem-solving to deliver high-quality software.

Knowledge of the telecom industry, including CDR file processing or telecom billing, is a strong advantage. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience. Over 10 years of proven backend development experience, with significant expertise in Java and Spring Boot for APIs.

Strong troubleshooting skills to address and resolve complex API/backend issues. Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies, particularly Kubernetes and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS). Proficiency in Azure DevOps for managing workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and deployments.

Familiarity with Azure Cloud for hosting and optimizing backend services. Expertise in Agile methodologies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and iterative development. Passion for exploring new technologies and frameworks to enhance backend capabilities.

Excellent communication and leadership skills to mentor team members and foster collaboration.
