About the role

We're seeking an experienced Van Salesman to join our dynamic team at Templar Manpower and General Services Corporation in Ozamiz City. As a Van Salesman, you'll be responsible for driving our company's sales van and providing exceptional customer service to our clients throughout the Misamis Occidental region. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary and benefits package.

What you'll be doing

  1. Driving the company's sales van and making deliveries to customers in the Ozamiz City and surrounding areas
  2. Engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing them with tailored solutions
  3. Maintaining accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer information
  4. Collaborating with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  5. Providing feedback and recommendations to improve the overall sales process
  6. Ensuring the sales van is well-maintained and presentable at all times

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 1 year of experience as a van salesman or in a similar sales role
  2. Strong customer service and communication skills
  3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  4. Excellent time management and organisational skills
  5. Valid driver's licence and a clean driving record
  6. Knowledge of the local area and familiarity with the regional market
  7. Proficiency in both English and the local language
