Restaurant Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our growing team at Tony Ting Food Concepts Inc' (Classic Savory) in Gapan City, Nueva Ecija. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and ensuring the smooth running of our bustling establishment. This is a full-time position that will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our customers.

What you'll be doing

• Manage and coordinate all front-of-house operations, including reservations, seating, and customer service
• Lead, motivate and develop a team of servers, hosts and other front-of-house staff
• Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation and timeliness of service
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels, placing orders as needed
• Handle customer complaints and feedback, and implement solutions to improve the customer experience
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and licensing regulations
• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items and dining experiences

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3-5 years' experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and budgeting
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with diplomacy
• Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting to drive operational improvements
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
