Position: Full-Time Graphic Designer

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (SGT)

Location: Fully Remote

We're looking for a skilled, efficient, and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join the Trident Digital team full-time

This is not a junior role. We're after someone who takes pride in their craft, communicates clearly, and is confident owning both creative execution and workflow improvements. Beyond delivering excellent design, you'll play a key role in design QC, optimising team processes, and helping us reduce production backlogs.

Your Responsibilities

- Produce high-quality, on-brand visuals across digital and print (social media, posters, newsletters, logos, workbooks, etc.)

- QC and review design outputs to maintain high standards across all deliverables

- Work closely with creative and marketing teams to ensure visuals meet project goals

- Conceptualise and present design ideas that balance creativity and functionality

- Develop templates, systems, and guides that streamline design production

- Spot bottlenecks in workflows and propose solutions to improve efficiency

- Organise and maintain design files in our shared online library

- Keep up with design trends and suggest fresh ideas to keep our visuals relevant

- Take initiative in improving how we present the Trident brand

- Support future scaling of the design function (documentation, systems, style guides)

- Mentor and support junior designers as the team grows

What We're Looking For

- 5+ years of proven design experience (creative agency or media-driven team preferred)

- Strong portfolio showcasing both digital and print work

- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)

- Proficiency in Canva (a tool our whole team uses regularly)

- Strong attention to detail, aesthetics, and visual hierarchy

- Comfortable balancing speed and quality across multiple deadlines

- Experience in design QC and workflow improvements

- Clear communicator with excellent English

- Organised, reliable, and proactive in problem-solving

- Excited about contributing ideas to improve both design quality and efficiency

- Bonus: Illustration, doodles, or motion graphics experience
