We are seeking a 
Legal Writer

to support the 
Got Suspended?

Appeals Division with a specific focus on 
Account Health Maintenance

for Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and other major e-commerce platforms. This role will assist in drafting, organizing, and submitting compliance-related documents and appeals to help recover or protect client accounts. 

Key Responsibilities:

I.
Reports to the Operations Manager;

II
Specific Responsibilities
:

1. 
Appeal & POA Drafting Support

Assist in preparing initial drafts of Plan of Action (POA) documents for:

Amazon Seller Account suspensions

Walmart policy violations

eBay performance flags

Ensure logical structure: 
Root Cause → Corrective Actions → Preventive Measures

Use internal templates and prior case references

2. 
Documentation & Evidence Organization

Gather, label, and prepare support documents including:

Invoices

Supplier statements

Internal SOPs or training docs

Brand authorization letters

Help build document packets for marketplace submissions

3. 
Submission Assistance & Communication

Upload and format appeal documents into Seller Central / Walmart Seller Help / eBay Resolution Center

Maintain records of submission dates, responses, and escalations

Coordinate follow-ups and flag urgent responses for the legal team

4. 
Policy Reference & Knowledgebase

Research Amazon/Walmart/Shopify/Paypal/Stripe policy updates

Help build and maintain internal knowledge base of case outcomes, templates, and precedent examples

III Other related duties.

Competencies:

I.
1+ years' writing experience as a writer, administrative assistant, or virtual compliance associate

II.
Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Seller Help, or eBay Seller Hub an advantage

III.
Strong command of written English with legal or professional tone

IV.
Organized, fast, and tech-savvy (Google Drive, Slack, , etc.)

V.
Experience with ticketing platforms or CRM systems (nice to have)

VI.
Location: 
Philippines Cebu Only

 and understanding how to write effective 
prompts;

follow instructions carefully
