We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Purchasing Assistant to support our team with a variety of purchasing and administrative tasks. This role will be responsible for reviewing, finalizing, and placing orders to ensure our shops have the necessary parts and supplies to operate efficiently.

Responsibilities:


●      Review and finalize Amazon orders submitted by shops.

●      Process online, email, and telephone purchases for parts using an approved company purchase card.

●      Track and provide real-time updates on the status of all orders.

●      Ensure timely receipt and confirmation of purchases.

●      Post completed purchase invoices to the appropriate repair order (RO) in our system.

Requirements

●      Strong English and communication skills (both written and verbal).

●      Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Excel, and Teams.

●      Ability to work hours that overlap with at least half of our US operational hours.

●      Experience or ability to learn how to navigate the C1 system and post invoices.

●      Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • 1-3 years experience

This is a key role that requires a high level of accuracy and communication to ensure our purchasing process runs smoothly and our shops receive the support they need.
