Systems Method Analyst

Job Description

• Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for enhancement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Develop and implement innovative solutions to streamline processes, improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Utilize data analysis techniques and statistical tools to measure process performance and track improvement initiatives.
• Create detailed process maps, flowcharts, and documentation to document current processes and proposed improvements.
• Lead process improvement projects from inception to completion, ensuring that objectives are met within established timelines and budgets.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather input, address concerns, and drive consensus on improvement initiatives.
• Provide training and support to employees to ensure successful implementation and adoption of process improvements.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of implemented changes, making adjustments as needed to optimize results.

Skills/Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent;
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply;
• Basic Identification of Process Measurement - Willingness to develop and use process measurements and the organization's use of measurement.
• Flowcharting - Knowledgeable in process creation thru visio, draw io. etc
• Willing to work in Binondo and work in a Hybrid setup.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php19, Php21,000.00 per month
