Definition

The Biller is responsible for the proper and accurate accounting of the items used by the patients/clients or services rendered by the hospital including the professional fees of the doctors.

Qualification Requirements

A graduate of four-year course related to Accounting, Business Administration or Finance. He/She is good in written and oral communication, and knows how to use MS Office. She possesses integrity and faithfulness in his/her work assignment. He/She is a team player.

Functions

  1. Prepare the statement of account or bill of patients/clients of the hospital;

  2. Provide progress bill to patients;

  3. Ensure accurate billing;

  4. Maintain updated prices of hospital services;

  5. Prepares statement of accounts and send out to patients/clients occupying clinic spaces;

  6. Coordinate with Philhealth/HMO Officer concerning claims to be deducted from patients' bill;

  7. Coordinates with other departments to facilitate timely processing of billing;

  8. In the interest of the service, the cashier will be asked to multi-task from time to time if deemed necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php710.00 per day
