Salary Structure

  • ₱24,791 – Basic Salary
  • ₱1,500 – Transportation Allowance
  • ₱2,800 –_ Non-Taxable Monthly Allowance_

Position Overview

Join the NCLEX Academy as a PHRN / Nurse Trainee, where you will undergo structured training to prepare for the NCLEX exam and transition into a USRN role. This position serves as an interim role while completing training, obtaining NCLEX certification, and securing a USRN license prior to deployment to a USRN function.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Active PHRN PRC license
  • Active passport
  • Willing to undergo Academy Training and take the NCLEX exam.
  • No pending overseas work applications or petitions.
  • At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience (e.g., Medical-Surgical in a tertiary hospital, Critical Care), or a combination of education and experience that provides an equivalent background.

Additional Requirements

All applicants must submit:

  • Official academic transcripts (TOR) and Board Rating Results
  • Minimum Board Rating of 78%
  • Academic transcripts will be reviewed for overall performance and related coursework
  • Preference will be given to candidates with no previous NCLEX exam failures
  • Must agree to the NCLEX Retention Bond of 30 months (2 years and 6 months)

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend and complete the USRN Academy Program and NCLEX review sessions.
  • Complete and submit all NCLEX and Board of Nursing licensing requirements in a timely manner.
  • Comply with all applicable rules, regulations, instructions, and the Company Code of Conduct during training.
  • Assist business operations as appropriate and provide insights, risks, and recommended interventions regarding individual and class progress.
  • Provide suggestions that may lead to curriculum enhancements to strengthen clinical acumen.

Educational and Professional Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BA/BS)
  • Current active, unrestricted PHRN license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php29,091.00 per month
