Product Operations Associate/ Data Entry

What Youll Do: Accurately enter and manage data across multiple platforms.
Navigate various software tools, websites, and databases with ease.
Copy, paste, and organize information efficiently while ensuring consistency.
Pull reports, extract relevant data, and generate structured outputs.
Use ChatGPT to automate tasks and structure data workflows.
Create PDF documents from structured data using provided templates.
Learn and adapt quickly to new workflows by following Loom video instructions.
Fast and precise data entry skills with strong attention to detail.
Tech-savvy comfortable logging into and working with various software platforms.
Experience with ChatGPT and writing structured prompts.
Basic proficiency in Excel, including formulas and automation.
Ability to quickly learn new tools and follow step-by-step instructions.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Some accounting experience is a plus, but speed and accuracy are the top priorities.
A detail-oriented problem solver with excellent accuracy.
Someone who learns new tools and systems quickly.
A proactive professional who can work independently and efficiently.
Comfortable using Slack for communication.
Willingness to work with QuickBooks and NetSuite (preferred but not required).
Salary: $800 - $1200 per month
Schedule: Full-time
Work Setup: 100% remote
