We are hiring The Moment Group is looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to contribute fresh and impactful ideas.

As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of The Moment Group's brands, shops, campaigns, and initiatives. You will assist in developing creative concepts and executing design work across digital and print platforms.

You will collaborate with Interior Design and Builds to create in-shop graphics and artworks for new stores. Additionally, you will work closely with teams within TMG's Creative Development Wing (Brand, PR, Executions, and R&D) to bring brand stories to life.

You stay updated on design trends, have a strong eye for detail, and are eager to create visually compelling and strategically impactful designs.

Skills & Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication, Multimedia Arts, or a related design field.

Experience:

  • 1-3 years of experience in Graphic Design, Art Direction, or a similar role.
  • Experience in branding, marketing design, and in-store graphics is a plus.

Technical Proficiency:

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Basic knowledge of motion graphics, web, and mobile design is a plus.

Creative Expertise:

  • Experience in product packaging design and photography is a plus.
  • Strong eye for typography, composition, and visual storytelling.

Project & Teamwork Skills:

  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Campaigns & Marketing Initiatives

  • Assist in developing visual directions and key visuals for brand campaigns and initiatives.
  • Design marketing materials, including brand decks, campaign templates, and digital/print assets.
  • Support in conceptualizing and executing marketing campaigns, including photo and video shoots.
  • Create social media graphics, advertisements, and promotional materials.
  • Ensure branding consistency and high-quality proofing across all materials.

2. Commercial Initiatives & Partnerships

  • Design marketing materials for Commercial Initiatives and Third-Party Aggregator Partnerships.

3. Shop Art & New Store Openings

  • Support the design and technical execution for New Store Openings (NSO).
  • Assist in site visits and installations, ensuring quality and brand consistency.
  • Work with third-party suppliers for in-shop artwork installations.
