Job Description:
We are looking for Income Recertification Specialists who have a background in Real Estate and Property Management.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The essential function of an Income Recertification Specialist is to assist our Property Managers with the following (including but not limited to):
Processes monthly lease renewals and prepares all necessary documentation to schedule and conduct interim and annual re-certifications or lease renewal signing according to policies and procedures.
Verification of Income, assets and deductions (when applicable) and send all documents and verifications needed to complete recertifications
Collects documents and requirements from the tenants
Accepts and Processes applications
Review and examine the documents submitted
Collects rent, processes billing statements, posts payments, and deposits receipts
Prepares reports and maintains accurate records and resident files
REQUIREMENTS
Relevant experience in the field of property management preferably for US real estate companies or similar
Affordable Housing experience preferred
Has knowledge of the property management industry
Proficient in MS office and google apps
Ability to adapt to new tools and software
Willing to learn and open to do administrative work
Has great attention to detail
Excellent in both verbal and written communication skills
Able and willing to report onsite in our Sucat site
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Parañaque City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
