Barista/Service Crew

The barista operates all beverage equipment and cash register and ensures all transactions during the shift are carried out in accordance with food safety, store accounting and cash handling policies. The barista works closely with all co-baristas to ensure that all transactions are completed promptly. Baristas are expected to competently complete all sales and are accountable for cash control, security and till balancing during their shift. Baristas ensure excellent standards of housekeeping, cleanliness, customer service and quality of product are maintained at the same time completing all tasks to the Company's policies and guidelines.

· Provide quality customer service in the store

· Interact positively and proactively with customers

· Comply with Food Safety standards

· Active selling of all products

· Conduct housekeeping and merchandising

· Secure cash and manage the shift console balance

Daily task:

§ Completion of all mandatory reports

§ Monitoring of product inventory (tictoc)

§ Monitoring of store supplies

§ Maintaining the cleanliness of the entire store

§ Washing towels

§ Forecasting his/her stocks to be given to the manager before ordering schedule

§ Ensuring product quality of drinks are delivered consistently

§ Cleaning of barista utensils, liquid containers and cooking wares

§ During closing refilling of all the syrups and powder in designated containers

§ Perform adhoc duties (Pearl cooking and tea brewing)

§ Conducting final inspection before closing the store
