We are looking for passionate and talented individuals who wants to join our growing awesome team.

Job Description:

  • Receive and respond to procurement-related queries from internal and external stakeholders through various channels, including phone, email, and ticketing system.
  • Schedule appointments or meetings
  • Manage gate pass/work permit
  • Process check-in and check-out procedures for visitors/guests/VIPs/applicants
  • Greet visitors/guests/VIPs/applicants professionally, answering questions and directing them as needed
  • Manage the front desk area, ensuring a clean and organized appearance
  • Assist suppliers/vendors for on-site inspections and on-site work/jobs
  • Dealing with coordination and updates
  • Monitoring of company assets
  • Other Admin related tasks (Facilities, Procurement, Reception, etc.)

Requirements:

  • Must be a College Graduate / Bachelor's Degree Holder of any course
  • Must have average to excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Solid understanding of computer basics (Windows, Excel, Word, Operating Systems and the Internet)
  • Must be willing to work on a shifting schedule at Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City
