  • Job Summary:

The Pharmacy Assistant supports the pharmacist and store team in ensuring smooth pharmacy operations. The role involves assisting in dispensing, maintaining inventory, organizing stocks, and providing excellent customer service. This position is ideal for candidates who are new to the pharmacy field but are eager to learn and grow within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the pharmacist in dispensing prescription and over-the-counter medicines.
  • Ensure that all medicines are properly labeled and organized.
  • Provide basic information to customers regarding products and refer medical inquiries to the pharmacist.
  • Assist in receiving, checking, and monitoring stocks and deliveries.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the pharmacy area.
  • Perform cashiering duties and ensure accurate transactions.
  • Monitor product expiration dates and report discrepancies to the pharmacist or store manager.
  • Support the team in daily operations, sales, and customer service.
  • Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any health-related, business, or vocational course (Pharmacy Assistant course preferred).
  • With 1 year or less experience in retail or community pharmacy (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Basic knowledge of medicines and over-the-counter products is an advantage.
  • Customer-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Can work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Willing to be assigned in Laoag Ilocos.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php12, Php13,000.00 per month
