Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced JD Edwards (JDE) Expert to join our team and provide technical and functional expertise in managing, optimizing, and supporting JD Edwards EnterpriseOne applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, customization, and support of JDE modules to ensure alignment with business objectives. This role requires strong analytical skills, hands-on technical knowledge, and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver reliable enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities

System Administration & Support

  • Manage, monitor, and maintain JD Edwards EnterpriseOne applications.
  • Provide daily support, troubleshooting, and resolution of system issues.
  • Ensure smooth operation, performance tuning, and optimization of JDE systems.

Implementation & Customization

  • Lead and support implementation of new JDE modules and functionalities.
  • Configure applications to meet business requirements, including custom reports, workflows, and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with business users to analyze processes and recommend solutions.

Integration & Upgrades

  • Support integration of JDE with third-party applications, databases, and enterprise tools.
  • Plan and execute system upgrades, patches, and migrations while minimizing downtime.

Documentation & Compliance

  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, process flows, and user guides.
  • Ensure compliance with IT and security standards, including SOX and ISO processes (if applicable).

Collaboration & Training

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (Finance, Supply Chain, HR, etc.) to ensure optimal use of JDE.
  • Provide training and guidance to end-users to maximize system utilization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne.
  • Strong expertise in one or more JDE modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, or HR/Payroll.
  • Experience in JDE administration, CNC (Configurable Network Computing), or development (preferred).
  • Knowledge of SQL, Oracle database, and BI Publisher reporting tools.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in full-cycle JDE implementation projects.
  • Familiarity with cloud integrations or ERP migration projects.
  • ITIL, PMP, or Oracle/JDE certifications (a plus).

Pay: From Php25,000.00 per month
