Maintenance Planner

Job Description

• Generate and maintain fortnightly and daily planned maintenance schedules.
• Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.
• To assist and improve the maintenance activities.
• Assist the Maintenance Supervisor with plant assembly and shutdown planning along with other projects as directed.
• Schedule the shifting of manpower according to the operation needs.
  
  Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budget.
• Chair relevant meetings, e.g. downtime reviews, forward planning plant assembly, shutdown planning, etc.
• Prepare and submit status and performance reports of the equipment in the Factory.
• Keep paperwork organized
• Work closely with Maintenance and Operations Leading Hands and Supervisors to ensure the maintenance planning process is followed and the equipment is accurately recorded.
• Collaborate with production planner, quality control, warehouse and other staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or equivalent work experience.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in maintenance planning or a related field.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Familiarity with mechanical and electrical systems.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to be assigned in Rizal Palawan
