Treasury Specialist

Responsibilities:

  1. Find the resources of local financial institutions, negotiate auto financial products, and determine the conditions of access, interest rate and approval procedures. Establish a resource bank for financial institutions.
  2. Daily cash positioning activities including managing daily liquidity, cash position reconciliation, and bank reporting.
  3. Oversee forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs and funds available for investment.
  4. Processing of treasury payments
  5. Ensures that all cash management transactions are correctly recorded in the treasury systems.
  6. Maintain an efficient system of policies and procedures that impose an adequate level of control over treasury activities and provide support for regulatory reporting.
  7. Provide financial advice to sales consultants and relevant personnel in time.
  8. Analyze various operation indicators and analyze data, find and solve various problems in time.
  9. Exchange rate risk control, formulate corresponding exchange lock scheme and product pricing strategy for exchange rate fluctuations.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or other related fields.
  2. Minimum of three (3) years of work experience in finance, treasury operations, corporate financing, or
    automotive finance
    .
  3. Proficient in spoken and written English.
  4. Experience in coordinating with
    banks, handling autoloan applications,
    and managing payment schedules.
  5. Familiarity with
    automotive industry
    financial processes or dealership operations is an advantage.
  6. Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  7. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial management systems.
