Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Identifying new business clients and creating clear strategies to convert them to buy LESSO PPR/PVC pipe.
  • Represents the company to any potential client and close sales for the products of the company.
  • Establishing strong customer relationships and maintaining a positive customer experience throughout the sales process, including post-sale.
  • Working closely with relevant parties, Sales and marketing of hardware、PVC pipe.
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Requirements:
  • Proficient in speaking Mandarin, Filipino and English.
  • Bachelor Degree Graduate of any four year's course/College Level/Vocational Diploma/Short Courses
  • Open for fresh graduates
  • With selling experience in construction related products is an advantage
  • Know how to handle existing accounts and create/open new accounts
  • Willing to do Full-time field works
  • Experience in business development, account management and cross-selling is an advantage
  • Knowledge in Project Design and Engineering (advantage)
  • Driven, high energy individual who strives for success
