Property Custodian

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Custodian to join our team. This role is responsible for monitoring stock levels, managing the receipt and release of supplies, and ensuring that critical inventory items are consistently available. The ideal candidate will proactively prevent stockouts, maintain accurate records, and support internal departments with timely supply fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate stock of supplies at all times
• Receive incoming stock and verify accuracy against delivery documentation
• Release supplies to requesting departments based on approved requisitions
• Maintain up-to-date records of stock movement and usage
• Perform regular inventory checks and reconcile discrepancies
• Coordinate with suppliers or procurement team regarding stock replenishment
• Ensure all inventory areas are organized, labeled, and compliant with company standards
• Report low stock levels and critical shortages to relevant departments in advance
• Assist in forecasting supply needs based on historical data and consumption trends

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in inventory, logistics, or supply chain management
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
• Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills (e.g., Excel, Word, email communication)
