Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (licensed or unlicensed)
Experience in fabricatiopn or industrial set-up preferred
Solid understanding of engineering fundamentals and strong numerical ability
Ability to interpret engineering drawings AutoCAD proficiency preferred
Demonstrated leadership ability, intellectual curiosity, and academic performance
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently
Ability to multi-task, adapt, and learn quickly
Drive, motivation, and positive attitude (willingness to accept feedback, learn, and improve)
Willing to be trained as CNC Programmer and Quality Inspector
