Software Developer – Full-Time | Permanent | #WorkFromHome

What You'll Do

As a key member of our development team, you will:

  • Analyze business problems and objectives, collaborating with Business Analysts to ensure accurate understanding and technical feasibility.
  • Design software solutions that balance performance, scalability, testability, maintainability, and security—aligned with system architecture principles.
  • Develop clean, efficient, and secure code that meets high standards for quality and compliance.
  • Enhance User Experience by implementing consistent, responsive, and intuitive UI elements across devices.
  • Ensure Quality Assurance by identifying test scenarios, collaborating with testers, and maintaining automated regression tests.

As a senior member of the team, you'll also:

  • Optimize Performance by conducting load tests, identifying bottlenecks, and improving efficiency across code, databases, and cloud services.
  • Lead Deployment by setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, managing feature releases, and validating quality standards.
  • Mentor and Review peers through code reviews, pair programming, and technical guidance.
  • Provide Technical Support by troubleshooting production issues and ensuring solutions are well-documented and communicated.

What We're Looking for

  • Strong experience in software development using modern frameworks and technologies (C#, .NET Core, SQL Server, JavaScript, VueJS, HTML/CSS, Web API, etc.)
  • Proven ability to deliver scalable, maintainable, and secure software solutions.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, test automation, and performance tuning.
  • Familiarity with cloud services (preferably Azure) and DevOps tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • A passion for collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
