  • Ensures timely delivery of projects within approved budget and scope.
  • Manages project cost, budget, and specifications.
  • Coordinates with internal teams, suppliers, and partners for smooth project execution.
  • Documents all project phases through the Project Implementation Document (PID).
  • Updates PID regularly, including timelines, variations, meetings, and incident reports.
  • Prepares and submits weekly project progress reports to stakeholders.
  • Conducts regular and spot audits on project sites and prepares performance reports.
  • Motivates and guides team members to achieve project goals.
  • Identifies and resolves project issues promptly.
  • Provides timely solutions and mitigations for project challenges.
  • Supports early client engagement for project scoping, proposals, and cost estimates.
  • Maintains client satisfaction through responsive and professional communication

Special instructions:

  • With Bachelor's Degree
  • Coordinates with Sales for billing milestones and timely submission of project documents.
  • Validates project scope and bill of materials through ocular inspection before mobilization.
  • Ensures only required materials are delivered to the site.
  • Enforces team compliance with company policies (e.g., attendance and reporting).
  • Ensures proper allocation of resources to meet project targets.
  • Performs other tasks assigned by the VP–Technical Operations or Management.

Working Schedule: Monday to Saturday; 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
