About the role

Wheeltek Group of Companies - Head Office in Calasiao, Pangasinan is seeking a talented and motivated Collection Associate to join our dynamic team. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's financial success by effectively managing accounts receivable and implementing credit control measures.

What you'll be doing

• Proactively follow up with customers to collect outstanding payments, using excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer accounts and transactions
• Identify and resolve any discrepancies or disputes in a timely and professional manner
• Assist in the development and implementation of credit control policies and procedures
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure the timely processing of invoices and cash receipts
• Provide regular reports and analysis on the company's accounts receivable performance
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the credit management process

What we're looking for

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or credit control, preferably in the Accounting or Accounts Receivable/Credit Control industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
• Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve discrepancies
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a positive attitude
