Facility Maintenance and Repairs:
Managing and coordinating maintenance schedules, repairs, and preventative maintenance programs for the facility's infrastructure, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other systems.
Vendor Management:
Sourcing, negotiating contracts, and managing relationships with various vendors and service providers for facility-related needs, such as cleaning, security, landscaping, and waste management.
Office Management:
Overseeing daily office operations, including managing supplies, IT equipment, and space utilization, ensuring a comfortable and productive work environment.
Budget Management:
Filing and tracking of expenses, as well as identifying cost-saving opportunities.
Health and Safety Compliance:
Ensuring compliance with all relevant occupational health and safety regulations and implementing safety procedures within the facility. Act as in-house safety officer
Record Keeping:
Maintaining accurate records of facility maintenance, repairs, contracts, and other relevant documentation.
Event Coordination:
Assisting with the planning and execution of company events and meetings.
Space Management:
Managing space allocation, coordinating office moves, and optimizing space utilization.
Communication:
Serving as a point of contact for facility-related inquiries and communicating effectively with staff, vendors, and management. Also, Answering phones, managing emails and other forms of correspondence, and drafting communications. Scheduling: Managing calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Emergency Response:
Developing and implementing emergency procedures and protocols to ensure the safety and well-being of occupants in the event of an emergency.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20, Php22,000.00 per month
Experience:
- office, building or facilities admin: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
