Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Solar Engineer, based in Calabarzon, Philippines. The Solar Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining solar systems, focusing on photovoltaic (PV) design and electrical systems. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing project requirements, conducting site assessments, preparing technical designs, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards. Collaboration with different teams to ensure the efficient execution of solar projects is also integral to the role.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in the Solar Industry, Solar Power, and Solar Systems
- Proficiency in PV Design and Electrical Design
- Ability to conduct site assessments and analyze data related to solar power projects
- Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and regulations for solar installations
- Excellent problem-solving skills and technical expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred
- Experience with software tools for solar design and analysis is a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with teams
