Job Description:

  • Engaging farmers, facilitating the sale of agricultural inputs, and ensuring high farmer satisfaction and retention through strong relationship management.
  • The Officer is responsible for managing relationships between client and its network of farmers, ensuring trust, effective communication, and strong engagement.
  • This role directly contributes to the company's revenue goals by driving sales of agricultural inputs, promoting the client's program, and addressing farmer concerns.
  • The Farmer Relations Officer will serve as the primary contact for farmers, providing guidance on farm inputs, financing, and technology adoption.
  • Engaged and onboard farmers into clients agricultural programs such as farm inputs, financing and market trends.
  • Assist in the sales process, product distribution, and payment collection.

Qualifications:

  • Fresh graduates with a degree in agriculture, agribusiness, or rural development are encouraged to apply.
  • With own motorcycle and valid driver's license
  • Trainable
  • Can start ASAP

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to Php20,320.00 per month
