A detail-oriented GIS Technician responsible for preparation, collection, and analysis of spatial data. Primarily, this role will focus on aiding on GIS-related workloads as well as management and maintenance of GIS plugin tools.

Moreover, the GIS Technician will collaborate with project managers, developers, and operation teams to ensure to deliver an accurate and high-quality spatial data and systems for project operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Map Production and data analysis to support project deliverables using GIS
  • Setup and manage the connection of database and geographic information system software.
  • Maintain and Manage GIS systems such as plugin and data management tools.
  • Provide technical support for GIS software and tools.
  • Communicate the results and progress of GIS projects to stakeholders effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of GIS/Remote Sensing-related course, computer or any other related programs.
  • Knowledgeable and experience in database management systems.
  • Knowledgeable in software systems and willingness to learn new concepts for system integration.
  • Willing to work on-site (Antipolo).
  • Can start ASAP.

Technical Skills (Preferred):

  • Proficiency of GIS software and workflows.
  • Knowledgeable in mapping, geospatial analysis, basic geographic principles.
  • Basic understanding and familiarity to Database managements and GIS to database integrations.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional teams.
