Responsibilities:

  • Customer Assistance. Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Provide product information, answer inquiries, and help customers locate items.
  • Sales and Transactions. Handle cash register operations, and process payments. Maintain accuracy in cash handling and report discrepancies immediately.
  • Product Management. Replenish shelves and display areas to ensure products are always available. Organize merchandise neatly and according to store layout or visual standards.
  • Store Maintenance. Keep the store clean, organized, and presentable at all times. Ensure safety and hygiene standards are followed within the store premises.
  • Inventory and Stock Control. Assist in receiving, unpacking, and labeling incoming stocks. Conduct regular inventory counts and report shortages or discrepancies.
  • Basic Barista tasks: preparing coffee and other drinks for the customers

Qualifications:

  • Presentable and have bubbly personality
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
