Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Forecasting
- Lead the annual budgeting cycle, long-range planning, and quarterly reforecasting.
- Provide actionable insights on revenue drivers, expenses, profitability, and capital requirements.
- Partner with business units to align financial plans with corporate strategy.
- Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic initiatives.
Financial Performance & Reporting
- Oversee monthly and quarterly performance reviews, providing variance analysis versus budget, forecast, and prior year.
- Present financial results, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership and the Board.
- Ensure accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of management reporting.
Business Partnering & Decision Support
- Collaborate with Distribution, Operations, Actuarial, Investments, and other functions to support business growth and cost optimization.
- Drive insights into product profitability, sales performance, and operational efficiency.
- Evaluate financial impact of new products, projects, and investments.
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead and develop the FP&A team, fostering a high-performance environment.
- Strengthen financial acumen and analytical capabilities across the Finance organization.
- Champion continuous improvement, automation, and digital transformation of FP&A processes.
Governance & Compliance
- Uphold compliance with regulatory standards, internal controls, and audit requirements.
- Support risk management efforts through financial metrics and forecasts.
- Ensure alignment with regional and global reporting frameworks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA/CFA is a plus.
- 10+ years of progressive FP&A or finance leadership experience, ideally in life insurance or financial services.
- Strong understanding of insurance financials, distribution models, cost drivers, value creation metrics, and capital management.
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive strategic initiatives.
- Exceptional analytical skills, financial modeling expertise, and business acumen.
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.

Pay: Php280, Php300,000.00 per month
