Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Forecasting

  • Lead the annual budgeting cycle, long-range planning, and quarterly reforecasting.
  • Provide actionable insights on revenue drivers, expenses, profitability, and capital requirements.
  • Partner with business units to align financial plans with corporate strategy.
  • Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic initiatives.

Financial Performance & Reporting

  • Oversee monthly and quarterly performance reviews, providing variance analysis versus budget, forecast, and prior year.
  • Present financial results, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership and the Board.
  • Ensure accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of management reporting.

Business Partnering & Decision Support

  • Collaborate with Distribution, Operations, Actuarial, Investments, and other functions to support business growth and cost optimization.
  • Drive insights into product profitability, sales performance, and operational efficiency.
  • Evaluate financial impact of new products, projects, and investments.

Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead and develop the FP&A team, fostering a high-performance environment.
  • Strengthen financial acumen and analytical capabilities across the Finance organization.
  • Champion continuous improvement, automation, and digital transformation of FP&A processes.

Governance & Compliance

  • Uphold compliance with regulatory standards, internal controls, and audit requirements.
  • Support risk management efforts through financial metrics and forecasts.
  • Ensure alignment with regional and global reporting frameworks.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA/CFA is a plus.
  • 10+ years of progressive FP&A or finance leadership experience, ideally in life insurance or financial services.
  • Strong understanding of insurance financials, distribution models, cost drivers, value creation metrics, and capital management.
  • Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, financial modeling expertise, and business acumen.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php280, Php300,000.00 per month
