Job Summary:
The Clinic Manager will oversee the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring efficient patient care and administrative processes. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a commitment to fostering a positive environment for both staff and patients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operational Management:
Oversee the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring efficient workflow and patient satisfaction.
Develop and implement clinic policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Manage clinic budgets, including revenue tracking, expense management, and financial reporting.
2. Staff Management:
Hire, train, and supervise clinical and administrative staff, ensuring they adhere to clinic policies and procedures.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing staff development and training opportunities.
Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
3. Patient Care Management:
Ensure high-quality patient care services are delivered consistently.
Address patient concerns and complaints effectively and promptly.
Optimize patient flow and scheduling to enhance operational efficiency.
4. Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and safety protocols.
Maintain accurate medical records and oversee billing and coding practices to ensure compliance with insurance requirements.
5. Reporting and Evaluation:
Monitor and analyze clinic performance metrics, making recommendations for improvements as necessary.
Prepare reports for Management regarding clinic operations, staff performance, and financial status.
6. Community Engagement:
Promote clinic services within the community and cultivate relationships with local healthcare providers and organizations.
Participate in community outreach programs to enhance the clinic's visibility and services.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field (master's preferred).
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare management role.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
Proficiency in medical billing software and electronic health records (EHR) systems.

Strong problem-solving skills and proactive mindset.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and to communicate effectively with patients and staff.
Commitment to providing exceptional patient care and service.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
