About the role

We are seeking an experienced Librarian to join our growing team at St. Catherine Realty Corporation. As a Librarian, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our company's extensive library, ensuring efficient access to information and resources for our staff. This is a full-time position based in Angeles City, Pampanga.

What you'll be doing

  1. Overseeing the organisation, cataloguing, and maintenance of the company's library collection
  2. Providing research assistance and reference services to employees, helping them locate relevant information and resources
  3. Developing and implementing policies and procedures for effective library operations
  4. Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in library and information management
  5. Collaborating with departments to understand their information needs and providing tailored solutions
  6. Supervising and training library staff to ensure high-quality service delivery
  7. Managing the acquisition, processing, and preservation of new library materials
  8. Maintaining electronic and physical databases, ensuring the accuracy and accessibility of information

What we're looking for

  1. A bachelor's degree in Library Science or a related field
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in a librarian or information management role
  3. Proficient in using library management software and information retrieval systems
  4. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  6. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  7. Passion for providing exceptional customer service and supporting the information needs of our employees
