About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to join our growing team at Work Avenue and Business Solutions Incorporated' in Cebu City, Cebu. This is a full-time position, offering a beginner-friendly opportunity for individuals with or without prior experience in the call centre and customer service industry.

What you'll be doing

Providing exceptional customer service to our clients by handling inbound calls, responding to queries, and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner Actively listening to customers, understanding their needs, and offering solutions to address their concerns Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions Adhering to established policies, procedures, and service-level agreements Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience Continuously learning and upgrading your skills to provide the best possible service

What we're looking for

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively handle customer inquiries and resolve issues Proficiency in English, both verbal and written Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Commitment to providing outstanding customer service and a genuine desire to help others Freshers and candidates with no prior experience are encouraged to apply, as we provide comprehensive training and support
