MUMIN Innovations is looking for a Smart Door Lock Technician to join our growing team

Locations: Bulacan, Pampanga, and Cavite

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and configure smart door locks in homes, offices, and commercial spaces
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, or software issues
  • Provide product orientation and training to customers
  • Perform quality checks, maintenance, and technical support
  • Document service reports and maintain accurate records
  • Follow safety standards and company guidelines during installations
Qualifications:
  • Experience in technical installation, electronics, or locksmith work is an advantage
  • Knowledge of smart home devices and mobile app integration is preferred
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Physically fit to handle on-site installations
  • Willing to travel to client locations as needed
