Cashier - Jollibee

We are seeking an enthusiastic Cashier to join our team. As a Cashier, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and efficiently processing sales transactions. This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities:

• Providing friendly and attentive customer service to all customers
• Accurately and efficiently operating the cash register, handling cash, credit/debit card payments and other payment methods
• Maintaining a clean and organized checkout area
• Assisting with inventory management and restocking as needed
• Answering customer queries and providing information about our products and services
• Adhering to all company policies, procedures and safety standards

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Cashier or in a customer-facing role
• Strong numerical skills and accuracy in handling cash and reconciling transactions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Positive, friendly and helpful attitude towards customers
• Attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality service
