QAQC Engineer

What you'll be doing

1. Developing and implementing quality assurance and quality control (QAQC) plans for construction projects
2. Conducting regular site inspections and audits to monitor the quality of workmanship and adherence to specifications
3. Identifying and addressing non-conformances, and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence
4. Collaborating with project managers, construction teams, and subcontractors to ensure seamless quality control processes
5. Maintaining detailed records and documentation related to QAQC activities
6. Providing technical guidance and training to construction personnel on quality standards and best practices
7. Staying up-to-date with industry regulations, standards, and best practices in quality assurance and control

What we're looking for

1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
2. Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience as a QAQC Engineer in the construction industry
3. Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and quality control processes
4. Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents
5. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
7. Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
