GrowSari is a tech-enabled B2B platform supporting over one million sari-sari stores nationwide. We empower store owners to improve service levels, gain access to a wider range of products, and evolve from traditional FMCG outlets into full-service community hubs.

As part of our services, we offer E-Lista, a platform that enables store owners to purchase goods on credit. You'll be joining the E-Lista Collections Team, playing a key role in driving warehouse visits and improving collection performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make daily collection calls and consistently hit productivity targets.
  • Implement collection strategies through regular team checkpoints (daily/weekly).
  • Handle all digital communications and administrative tasks related to collections.
  • Coordinate with warehouses on special cases or priority stores.
  • Offer, negotiate, and consolidate payment arrangements to support timely account settlements.
  • Keep accurate records of payment commitments and follow through diligently.
  • Share timely feedback on store concerns, payment behaviors, and potential risks.

Qualifications:

  • With prior experience in collections, ideally covering both early- and late-stage accounts.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with professionalism in handling sensitive conversations.
  • Familiar with basic credit and collections processes.
  • Proficient in using digital tools/CRM systems for call-outs and Google Sheets for reporting.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple accounts at once.
  • Target-driven and able to perform under pressure.
  • Open to a 3-month project-based role, working 6 days a week (day shift).
  • Preferably based in Metro Manila.

Job Type: Fixed term

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Php18, Php19,000.00 per month
