**ABOUT US**

You'll be working for a parenting coaching business dedicated to empowering parents of children ages 8-14.

The team is very a small tight knit group that's very communicative & highly collaborative. The company culture feels safe and understanding. Your creative ideas and innovation are welcomed.

You'll receive regular leadership training, as feedback isn't just about the work, it's about developing and improving you.

As a vital member of the team, you will build online audiences and help make a real difference in the lives of families.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**

- **EDIT COACHING VIDEOS**: Edit two one-hour coaching videos each week with a 12-hour turnaround. This includes adding title cards and text, removing unnecessary pauses or tangents, and adjusting content based on timestamps or slides.
- **CREATE REEL & SHORT VIDEOS**: Collaborate with the Marketing Director to create engaging short-form marketing videos, incorporating feedback from virtual meetings to ensure the content aligns with the brand's message.
- **CREATE BRANDED GRAPHICS:** Use the provided templates in Canva to create on-brand video thumbnails, title cards, and other video-related visuals.
- **ORGANIZE VIDEO CONTENT**: Maintain documentation in Notion by inputting summary notes, keywords, links, and transcripts for every video edited. Keep the digital video library organized by following naming conventions and file management guidelines. Ensure the course portal reflects the latest and most accurate content, with timely updates as needed.
- **MAINTAIN QUALITY STANDARDS**: Use your preferred video editing software to deliver high-quality videos, with Descript available. Follow best practices in editing to maintain consistency with the brand's style and standards.

**BENEFITS**

- **HOURS**: 10-15 hours per week during the summer, to increase to 20 hours per week in September. Philippines daytime hours. The exact number of hours may vary slightly from week to week.
- **COMPENSATION**: $5-6 USD/hour
- **MEETINGS:** There is a mandatory weekly all staff meeting at 7:15am Philippines Time on Tuesdays (Philippines time) and possibly additional meetings for collaboration throughout the week. During project cycles, there are daily status update meetings at 12pm Philippines Time.
- **ON CALL AVAILABILITY**: You'll be on call from 6am-2pm Philippines time. That doesn't mean you need to work during those hours, just available to respond to messages for real time feedback.
- **EDUCATION & TRAINING**: You will have access to education from paid coaching programs the business has purchased including from Russell Brunson, Donald Miller, Russell Brunson and Grace Lever. You will also be completing the core training programs offered by the business that the business's clients go through, including a leadership development program ($8,000 value).
