YOUR OVERALL MISSION & DAY-TO-DAY

• Customer Service & Selling
• Greet and assist customers in a warm, professional way
• Handle a high volume of customers politely and efficiently
• Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products
• Share info on promotions, discounts, and offers
• Help customers choose items that fit them best
• Provide after-sales care and support
• Share customer feedback/requests with management
• Work with the team to deliver excellent service
• Point of Sale (POS) & Transactions
• Process cash or card payments accurately
• Operate the cash register and manage daily balances
• Count cash at the start/end of shift to ensure accuracy
• Record sales properly
• Visual Merchandising & Store Upkeep
• Keep product displays neat, organized, and eye-catching
• Maintain store cleanliness and orderliness
• Stock & Inventory
• Replenish products and ensure availability
• Help with stock counts and report any discrepancies
• Operations & Compliance
• Follow company policies and security measures
• Support other tasks as needed by the brand
