Construction Foreman

• Supervise and coordinate daily on-site activities, including scheduling, material allocation, and quality control.
• Lead a team of construction workers, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, timelines, and project specifications.
• Utilize local networks to hire and mobilize skilled laborers promptly as needed.
• Monitor progress, resolve on-site issues, and report to project managers on status and challenges.
• Enforce compliance with regulatory standards and maintain a safe working environment.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Construction Foreman, with a focus on site work.
• Preference for candidates based in or with extensive experience in the Olongapo area.
• Demonstrated ability to quickly assemble and manage teams through established local connections.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, tools, and safety regulations.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., in construction management or safety) are advantageous.
