About the role
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Promodizer to join our team at MKS WORKFORCE MANAGEMENT SERVICES INC' in Pasay City Metro Manila. As a Promodizer, you will play a crucial role in promoting and showcasing our products to customers in a contract position.
What you'll be doing
- Engaging with customers in a friendly and approachable manner to introduce and demonstrate our products
- Answering customer queries and providing exceptional customer service
- Maintaining a clean and organised product display to create an inviting in-store experience
- Coordinating with the sales team to ensure effective product promotion and merchandising
- Gathering customer feedback and insights to help inform product development and marketing strategies
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the store
What we're looking for
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectively
- Excellent product knowledge and the ability to educate customers on the features and benefits of our offerings
- A passion for retail and a keen eye for visual merchandising and creating an inviting in-store experience
- Demonstrated experience in a similar Promodizer or retail assistant role, preferably within the Retail & Consumer Products industry
- Flexible and adaptable to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently as needed
