Key Responsibilities
- Develop curriculum in accordance with the company's framework and subject focus such as worksheets, slides, lesson plans, proposals etc.
- Be Familiar with the Singapore's Education System (MOE) will be an added advantage.
- Liaise with the Company's local staff daily.
- Quick response with the Company's key personnel
- Look out and research for new platforms and tools that fit into the Company's framework for development and inclusion into the Company's curriculum database
- To ensure that worksheet, slides, lesson plans and etc are to be completed on time with a T-3 days' time frame. (Date of requirement – 3 days)
- Any other duties required by the company
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum Degree Holder
- Great command of English (Spoken and Written)
- Punctual and Great Communication Skills
- Strong Problem-Solving Skills
- Critical thinking skills
- Resourceful
- Ability to respond fast (within 15 minutes of a request)
- Familiarity with block based coding tools like (Scratch, Microbit, Makecode etc.)
- Familiarity with process frameworks like (Design Thinking, Computational thinking etc.)
- Organised with clear logic flow
- Experience in developing courseware like slides, worksheets etc. is a bonus
- Experience and familiarity with the Singapore Education System is a bonus
- Experience in Computer Science or other ICT related skill is a bonus
- Knowledgeable in AI (Chatgpt, Copilot, Deepseek and Gemini)
- Knowledgeable in Gebiz Singapore and Ministry of Education requirements would be an added advantage

- Reports directly to the Curriculum Development Manager
- 5 Day work week
- Hybrid
- Performance Bonus
- Working Hours: 10am to 6pm or equivalent
