Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Wood Tracker. The primary responsibilities include monitoring and documenting inventory of wood materials, tracking usage and ensuring optimal stock levels, and maintaining accurate records of procurement and distribution. The Wood Tracker will liaise with suppliers and teams to ensure smooth operations and compliance with sustainability standards. The role requires strong attention to detail and effective communication within the operational workflow.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory management, stock tracking, and maintaining records
• Familiarity with procurement processes and supplier coordination
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Proficiency in inventory management software is a plus
• Commitment to sustainability and knowledge of environmentally-friendly practices in resource management is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in supply chain management, operations, or a related field
