About the role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic XIAOMI PROMOTER to join our team in Laoag City, Ilocos Norte. As a XIAOMI PROMOTER, you will be responsible for promoting and demonstrating XIAOMI products to customers, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our retail operations. This is a full-time position.

What you'll be doing

  1. Demonstrating and explaining the features and benefits of XIAOMI products to customers
  2. Assisting customers with product selection, answering questions, and providing recommendations
  3. Maintaining a clean, organised, and visually appealing product display
  4. Ensuring product availability and stock levels are maintained
  5. Providing excellent customer service and creating a positive shopping experience
  6. Collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction
  7. Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in the electronics or technology industry
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and interact with customers effectively
  3. Excellent product knowledge and the ability to explain technical features in a clear and concise manner
  4. A passion for technology and a keen interest in the latest industry trends and developments
  5. Ability to work well in a team and contribute to the overall success of the store
  6. Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
