Arbitrail is expanding We are looking for Hotel Confirmation Specialist to join our growing team and play a vital role in delivering reliable verification services for a leading travel industry client.

We are looking for detail-oriented and professional individuals to be part of our HCN Verification Team, responsible for conducting outbound calls to hotels to verify essential booking or listing information. This role is crucial in ensuring accuracy, consistency, and trust in the travel service ecosystem.

About the Role: As a Hotel Confirmations Specialist, you will performing the following tasks on a daily:

• Accurately manage and confirm hotel bookings
• Deliver professional, personalized service to every guest
• Ensure accurate and reliable verification for a top travel client
• Make outbound calls to hotels to verify booking or listing details

About You: The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• Open to fresh grads, SHS, or undergrads with or without experience
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
• Strong, adaptable communicator under pressure
• Open to night and weekend shifts
• Willing to work on-site in Binmaley, Pangasinan
• Hotel or hospitality experience is a plus
