About the role

As an Experienced Agent (Healthcare Account) at Top1Movers Worldwide Inc.', you will be part of a customer service team providing exceptional support to our healthcare clients. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Taguig City Metro Manila, with the opportunity to work both in the office and remotely.

What you'll be doing

  1. Responding to inbound calls from customers with a focus on providing high-quality, empathetic service
  2. Addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner
  3. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
  4. Identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience and providing feedback to the team
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  6. Continuously developing your product knowledge and customer service skills

What we're looking for

  1. At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably within the healthcare industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively handle complex customer inquiries
  4. Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other relevant software
  5. A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  6. Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a genuine desire to make a positive impact
